How RemindMed handles patient and client information.

Patient and client details are used only to send your practice's messages and support your practice's workflow. We follow the principles of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and never sell data.

What we store

Appointment details your practice enters, such as names, cellphone numbers and appointment times, and, for RemindMed Clinical, the notes your doctor approves.

Recordings

RemindMed Clinical only records a consult with the patient's consent. Audio is deleted once the doctor approves the notes.
